In order to sustain competitiveness and develop new talent, the Company founded the Realtek Corporate University, which has six academies offers classes covering topics such as professional R&D, leadership development, organizational operations, and spontaneous learning. This initiative is Design a career development program tailored for employees, aimed at enhancing various professional, managerial, and core competencies. Actively nurture internal successors to create a win-win alignment between the organization and its talent, continuously strengthening the organization's overall competitiveness to help all employees raise their capabilities to new heights.
i. New Employee Training Camps
Orientation for new employees focuses on teamwork, innovation, and vitality to help new team members quickly adapt to the Company's corporate lifestyle and culture.
ii. Professional R&D Training
Held over 300 education and training courses in 2025 for R&D staff to quickly raise their professional capabilities. It invites R&D experts from Taiwan and overseas to share their knowledge and techniques. Employees can also join fully subsidized external training courses.
iii. Management and Leadership Training
Based on their rank and role, comprehensively planned to benefit colleagues' development, strengthen management and leadership skills of supervisory personnel, and enhance the overall organization's excellence and efficient management.
